Frequently Asked Questions

  • We can’t wait to celebrate with you the weekend of August 20-22nd. The wedding takes place on August 21st at the Chateau de Robernier, in the South of France. Please enjoy the whole weekend with us or just attend the ceremony on the Saturday, it’s up to you! You’ll find all the timings and directions on our website.

  • Formal invitations will be sent in the upcoming months. Please give us your address before December 10th.

    Please RSVP by March 31st, after the invitations have been sent.

  • We love the little ones in our lives, but to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We know that travelling and arranging childcare can be a lot, and we completely understand if this means you’re unable to join us. Thank you for understanding and respecting this decision.

  • We’re looking forward to celebrating with the people closest to us. Please refer to your formal invitation for the guests included; if you have a plus-one, this will be clearly indicated. We are having a small intimate wedding, so we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests beyond this.

  • The two closest airports are Nice and Marseilles, which are about 1.5 hours drive from the venue. We recommend renting a car if you are comfortable with this. Otherwise, we are organising two shuttles from Nice airport to Cotignac on Friday 20th.

    • Shuttle 2 ~15:00

    If you prefer to go car free, please arrive within plenty time to make one of the shuttle options. The welcome cocktail is in Cotignac town on Friday, at one of the suggested hotels to stay at. On Saturday and Sunday, we are arranging for shuttles to bring you to and from Cotignac to the Venue.

    We recommend booking early as this is a small town.

  • More details to come in the invitation, but we recommend arriving for 14:00 on Saturday. The gates to the venue will be closed at 14:30.

  • We will be outdoors for the majority of the weekend. Please check the forecast before travelling so you have everything you need to enjoy the day comfortably.

    We will provide shade and sun umbrellas throughout the days.

  • We want everyone to feel well looked after. Please share any allergies or dietary requirements when you RSVP so we can plan with our caterer.

  • Having you with us is the greatest gift. We know that travelling to France takes time, effort and expense, and we’re so grateful you’re considering joining us.
